Prices
These prices are based on 2 people occupying. We charge an extra £25 per person for 3 or more people staying. The prices shown are per month and are pro-rata for part-months with discounts for longer periods, but please ask us for a quote for the period you want. The prices do not change during the year and there are no summer or Christmas supplements. We ask for a non refundable deposit of £50 per week booked and the balance paid 6 weeks before your rental starts. A 3% surcharge is required for Credit and Debit card payments made through Paypal due to the charges they apply
