Apartment Information
Situated in the south of Tenerife on the Golf Del Sur, a typical Spanish style resort of luxury apartments overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the lush greens of the 27-hole championship golf course.
Our apartment is in the heart of Golf Del Sur, with shops, bars and restaurants only 5 minutes walk away in the San Blas Commercial Centre. The coast path is only 5 minutes walk away along the front of San Miguel village. With frequent, local buses and taxis close to hand, public transport is easy to hand and there is adequate parking if you choose to hire a car whilst on the Island.
The apartment has a patio terrace with four lounger chairs and table and a large airconditioned lounge area including a double sofabed. There are two bedrooms with wardrobes and a key operated safe for your valuables in one bedroom. The bedrooms have a lockable patio door with curtains between them and both have their own door from the lounge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom with a a new double size shower and a washing machine. The lounge has a settee and chair and there is Internet Protocol TV (IPTV) with 24 UK channels and a number of European and Russian channels, a DVD player and a Hifi system. We also offer FREE WiFi inside the apartment for your convenience.
The apartment is located at the front of the complex on the ground floor, with easy access from the main entrance. It has a terrace with a garden affording some privacy from the road. The two refurbished swimming pool areas are a short distance from the front door of the apartment. There are steps leading down to the main pool area and some steps lead up to the top pool. There are no lifts in the complex. A large number of sun loungers are situated in both pool areas.
The terrace, lounge and the outer bedroom all benefit from the pleasant afternoon and evening sunshine and the sun stays on the terrace and lounge until sunset. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans for cooling during the hot weather and the lounge has air conditioning.
The apartment will be clean and ready upon arrival with clean linen and towels.
On site, there are 2 swimming pools both with a childrens pool.
The apartment is of a high standard, with everything you need while you stay there.
We are flexible on the start date of the rental, subject to availability. We will not ask you to leave the apartment at 10am on your last day. You are free to stay until it is time to go to the Airport. This means your last day will be much less stressful.
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. If you want an extra full clean during your stay then there is a charge of £45 per clean and £10 per person for bed linen and towels
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week booked is required to secure the rental. Payment is accepted by cash and cheque or internet banking. We also offer a debit/credit card payment facility through PayPal please ask for more details(surcharge applies).
You can order a welcome pack service which will provide basic essentials on arrival until you have opportunity to visit a supermarket. This costs £18 payable in advance. You may find this useful if your flight does not arrive until late in the evening when the shops have closed. You can order up to one week before your rental starts.
